Refund Policy

Eligibility
Because vehicle history reports are digital products generated instantly from third-party databases, all sales are final once a report has been generated. However, we understand that issues can arise and offer refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same transaction
- Report not delivered — payment was processed but no report was generated due to a technical error
- Significantly incomplete data — the report returned substantially less data than expected due to a system error (not due to limited records on file for the vehicle)
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for:
- Reports that were successfully generated and delivered
- Vehicles with limited history (some vehicles simply have fewer records)
- Disagreement with report findings
- Entering an incorrect VIN (please verify your VIN before purchasing)
- Unused credits (credits do not expire and remain available in your account)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase through our contact page. Please include:
- Your account email address
- The VIN associated with the report (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
