By accessing or using VinIntel ("Service"), operated by VinIntelligence LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VinIntel provides vehicle history reports, VIN decoding, and related vehicle data services. Reports are compiled from third-party data sources including NMVTIS, NHTSA, auction records, and state DMV databases.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to purchase and access reports. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Credits & Payments

Reports are purchased using credits. Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Prices are listed on our checkout page and may change at any time. Credits do not expire.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Vehicle history reports are compiled from third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that reports are complete, error-free, or current. Reports should not be the sole basis for purchasing a vehicle. We recommend an independent mechanical inspection before any vehicle purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit report data without authorization
• Attempt to access data or systems beyond your authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of the Service are owned by VinIntelligence LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written consent. Report data is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinIntelligence LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report or credits in question.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
